Overnight Oats with Berries and Bee Pollen

Need a quick grab-n-go recipe for breakfast? The hustle and bustle can make us “busy bee’s”…but this overnight oats recipe with berries and bee pollen is sure to help keep you fueled up to take on the day. Bon Appétit!

Ingredients
1 ½ cup organic rolled oats
2-2 ½ cups almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp orange blossom honey
½ tsp bee pollen
1 sprig of thyme, picked
3 tbsp organic raspberries
3 tbsp organic blueberries

Directions
1. Combine your rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in either a jar or a plastic container that can be stored in the refrigerator.

2. Once combined, top with your almond butter, raspberries, blueberries, and picked thyme. Seal your container and store in the fridge overnight, or at least 8 hours.

3. The following day, top the rolled oats with the orange blossom honey and your bee pollen. Enjoy!
